Let them know how you feel about stores forcing employees to work on Thanksgiving, especially when they are paying barely above minimum wage. Also inform them that you will not be visiting their locations at all due to this.

Please remember to be calm, professional, and succinct when you speak with them, the people who take these messages are not the ones who decide when to open on Black Friday. The nicer you are to them, the more likely they are to pass along your message.
