Which states allow it?

Only 3 states have laws prohibiting businesses from opening on Thanksgiving. Please contact your state legislators and demand action in your home state to stop this madness. If you live in one of the states with these regulations, contact your legislators and thank them for keeping this law on the books. Retails are no doubt trying to change that. 

The following states have no restrictions on when retailers can open on Thanksgiving.
